Sitges Rustic Apartments consist of a house with two touristic apartments located in the center of Sitges, both of them fully equipped, with a rustic design well finished to the smallest details. How long the reception of Sitges GOApartments stays open?

The reception is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Sunday. It is possible that in low season the reception is only open depending on arrival times.

What time can I do the check in?

From 3 p.m. should arrive before that time, if the apartment is ready you can get into immediately. If not, you can leave your luggage in the apartment and do the check-in

What time should I leave the apartment?

11 a.m. is the time arranged for the departure from the apartment.

Is it possible to leave after agreed time?

Leaving between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. will cost you 50% of the reservation fee (late check-out). After 5 p.m. will be charged the whole day, with a 10% discount. To clarify this service was free, but due to some disrespectful clients we have to included it as a fee

If I arrive later than 9 p.m. will there be someone at the desk to check in?

The reception is open from 9 a.m. to 21 p.m., so you need to tell us your arrival time. In case of late arrival, provided that you have notified in advance, there will be someone waiting at the time said. In case you have not told as your arrival time, there will be a phone as you enter and once you inform us, in less than fifteen minutes will be back in Sitges GO Apartments & Sitges Rustic Apartments for checking you in. The cost for the arrival after 9 p.m. is 20€. The cost for the arrival after 12 a.m. is 30€

Is it possible to enter or leave the apartment before or after the arranged time?

The arranged times for both entering and leaving allow that the apartment to be ready for the next guests. In some cases, we can be flexible with times depending on availability. Our staff can only confirm this information once the booking is completed. In any case we have luggage room where you can deposit your luggage both before entering and after leaving the apartment.

Where can I put the keys if I leave before 9 a.m.?

You can leave the keys on the table and close the door, remember (that is important), do not leave them in the door lock because then we will not be able to open it.

Are there blankets and towels in the apartment?

Yes, there are towels, blankets and duvets in the apartments.

Is there free Wi-Fi in the apartments?

Both SitgesGO and Sitges Rustic apartments provides all the services / amenities to our clients, one of which is the Wi-Fi or high-speed Internet completely free.

What are our apartments equipped with?

All our apartments are furnished to the last detail so you can enjoy a comfortable, independent and quiet stay like at home.

Do I have to leave the apartment in the same condition I got it?

The apartment must not be exactly as you found it, but in reasonable conditions, we need above all to deposit the trash in the container outside the building.

Do the apartments have a cleaning service during the stay?

The apartments are not cleaned daily. For stays longer than 7 days in the price are included weekly cleaning, towel change and linen, this does not include the kitchen and the furniture, which in any case must be left clean and tidy always.

Is the cleaning of the apartment daily?

We clean the apartment on arrival and once a week for stays longer than 7 days, but you can hire daily cleaning as many days as you need at a price of 30€ per day. Just inform us at the time of booking or on the arrival.

If I plead the non-refundable offer and I want to cancel, do I get my money back?

No, you don’t. The special offer is not refundable and it is charged 100% at the time of confirmation.

What expenses and services are included in the price?

Apart from all services described, in the price is also included the use of hot and cold water, electricity, air conditioning, cleaning and weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels.

Are pets allowed in the building?

Pets of any kind are not allowed in the building. We can provide our customers with various residences for pets to contact, but it is advisable to perform this procedure before traveling.

How I can find an apartment available on certain dates?

The best way to find available apartments in a specific period is to search for dates on our booking system, selecting the number of people, type of accommodation, arrival and departure date. You can also contact our reservations department.

Where do I pick up the keys?

In the reception from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you arrive late, please advise in advance through or by phone at +34938146069

Are there areas or apartments for smokers?

In compliance with the law, smoking is not allowed in the whole building.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

Once completed all necessary data, we will send you via email a confirmation of the booking details and all the steps to follow up to the arrival at the apartments. If you do not receive the email, please contact us ASAP.

What can I do if I need help during my stay?

During the opening reception times the staff of SitgesGO & Sitges Rustic apartments will always be ready to assist you. Outside these hours, we will provide an emergency number on the arrival.

Will I need an adapter?

All our sockets are European. We recommend you bring one adapter if your electronics are from another country.

How can I cancel a reservation?

If you have booked through an intermediary, you must do so through your page. If you have made through our website, you must cancel through the web. If you have made your reservation by email or phone, you can do through these two ways. To cancel your reservation contact us ASAP.

Why do you need my credit card?

The credit card is required to secure booking. There will be no charge if a booking is cancelled before 12 p.m., 7 full days prior to arrival, unless it is a special offer with specific terms of cancellation.

How can I pay for my stay?

You can pay for your stay at the front desk with cash or credit card Visa, American Express or Master Card.

What happens if I break something?

Please call us as soon as possible and we’ll try to fix it or replace it if necessary, and to find an agreement on the amount.

Who pays the tourist fee?

People over 16 years for a maximum of six days in a row.

Why should I pay a tourist fee?

EIt is a fee imposed by the Generalitat de Catalunya, the whole fee is used to improve tourist services in Catalunya.
